Large outdoor store located near the Green Line on U St. Made up of three areas chocked full of outdoor supplies for a variety of outdoor sports provides an in person sampling of its larger online catalog. This place particular store has many stylish clothing choices for everyday use.

Awesome customer service, worked with me after a delay from FedEx and expedited a replacement pack . Not sure what the lower stars were for customer service but personally had a helpful, quick response.

Excellent service. Warm welcome from the guard when i entered, and the lady introduced me to the setting of the shop when she heard i came here for the first time. When I tried on something nice and wanted to add to my pending online order, the gentleman in the counter nicely helped me fix my old order problem (thought it’s a complicated issue but solved quickly) and reorder with his computer in store and it turned out that all I want can all be directly delivered to my home in MA without delay. He also offered me another 15% discount code. thank you so much backcountry which has good price and customer service (called before a lady efficiently helped me too). Suggestions will be further fix the website and app problem (eg cannot add things to cart and cancel customer’s online order without any reason..)

The staffs are friendly, especially the Mr. security guard, always spreading happy and positive energy. I enjoy walking into the door and being greeted by him, every single time.

Service is fantastic! I went in for new snowboarding boots and Eugene was so knowledgeable in my search for the perfect boot. I called ahead and he had the pairs we had discussed ready for me when I arrived to try on. We even discussed the different new boot technologies as I tried on the boots. I could not have had a better experience. This is the best place to get your snowboarding gear in the DC metro area.

Worst online service ever.
Don't waste your time writing emails or to costumer service they don't answer.
They charge me everything and then and ask me for the " one-dollar charge" never received anything in my CC. Still don't know where is my package
