I've been in this store 3 times now since my office was moved downtown. It's a small store - the employees seem annoyed I'm there. I've asked for 2 things: a 50k sticker and Injinji socks. Both times I had to approach the staff and ask for help and both times I was just told "no." I wasn't given any other options or even more than that in the conversation. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

Walked in today looking for some trail shoes, was offered amazing service and help by Zoey (hope I spelled it right!). Such a nice atmosphere and Zoey was very knowledgeable about the shoes I was looking at and offered helpful advice! I also had a wonderful experience at the checkout desk 😊 5 out of 5 for sure.

Just stopped in to pick up a new pair of shoes - Liam was super helpful as I wasn’t sure which brand or style I wanted to try (noticed a difference in the brand I had been using so I wanted to branch out). Liam was super patient, kind and helped me try on numerous different styles - he even helped me find different colors available we could order in of the style I decided on. He also took his time to explain their return policy. Thank you Liam and Bandana!

Welcoming environment and staff. Told them I was wanting to see what I liked and didn't like. They were gracious and patient enough to bring out 5+ shoes for me to try on. Best Boise running shoe store. I highly recommended Bandanna Running & Walking.
