Absolute ripoff. Live in a house alone and every month was $150-200 because they double charge me for water and sewer because "they can't differentiate between water and sewage in this neighborhood" feels like a you problem, not a me problem, but they have no issues ripping me off month after month. So glad to be leaving them.

Ruthless bunch!!! I have NEVER had my water turned off before and have lived in Winder for 25 years and because it was 13 days over due they shut it off. I ALWAYS pay on time and have had a very busy month and completely missed it as an oversight. I had no past due balance, no record of habitually being late, none of that!!!! These ruthless people do not spare ANY GRACE!! They don't care what you have going on, they only care about getting your money!! Word of advice, do not ever accidentally let your water bill slip through the cracks because if you do, they will shut it off!!! They don't even deserve 1 star!!!

Turning a customer water off because it’s 10 days late is extreme. Seems as if they are doing it to make the extra $25 reconnection fee. No grace period.

I suspected a main leak this morning when our water pressure dropped. Called the Water Authority at 9am and the field-tech they dispatched arrived by 9:30am. Fast service and the entire staff is always friendly.
