the staff is great. the store is a little on the higher end price side but definitely well worth it. The store is also really cool to walk through. Expect to be in here at least half an hour while looking at merchandise as well as the store overall.

The entire change of the store has brought back memories of when B&B was the best store in ocean city , all policies are friendlier and fitting rooms are open , prices range for mid to moderate and if you want surf it’s there and if you want clothing under 25 dollars it’s there as well!

Great place with a huge selection of clothes and beach accessories. This is your one stop shop for last minute beach essentials with a friendly staff! There's something for every budget and conveniently located among other businesses. Check out was a breeze and their hours best fit our needs!

I am extremely disappointed in the staff and return policy. My family and I have gone out of our way to support as many local businesses as possible as they have faced great challenges from COVID. We spent almost $1,000 in this store last weekend. My wife went home and tried on everything. She took the tags off a pair of pants that she purchased and wore them for an hour or so and then washed them. She noticed that there was a hole in one of the seams and had our 18 year son return them (with the tags!) in an effort to exchange them for a pair that did not have a hole. The staff was rude, belligerent and unwilling to bend!! There was no request for a refund - simply - we wanted pants without a hole. Customer service is key to success....I now hope that others that are dealing with the same level of service decide to boycott this business until they improve their service. Terribly disappointed and won't go back based on our experience and reviews from others.

b&b is my go to store down in ocean city! super big and great selection. most of the clothes are really expensive, but they aren’t b&b’s brands so i don’t think i can complain ab that. be prepared to spend a lot if you’re getting more than 2 clothing items. the employees are friendly (for the most part). taking a star off because i wish they were stricter about their mask policy. many customers were not wearing masks. but i guess they want to let everyone in so that they can make money. i just didn’t feel super safe. but i love the clothes!💕

What happened to this store?!! First of all there is zero customer service. There were 4 employees in the store. A young woman was at the front of the store vacuuming and oblivious to customers. A short time later a young man was vacuuming in the back of the store and stood with the vacuum right in front of a customer who was looking at merchandise on a rack. The customer eventually apologized for being in his way and left the store. There were 2 women at the cash wrap area engaged in a loud personal conversation and completely ignoring the customers. The racks are overcrowded and the merchandise is cheap. After years of loving this store I’ll never be back .

B&B is a fun place to shop. We took our granddaughter for a birthday shopping spree. She had a blast. The clothing is hip, and she thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
