Mike was extremely helpful. It’s my first time and he explained everything to me so well from binding placement to tips on how to ride. He took care of me and my boyfriends boards, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Really awful customer service - woman at checkout refused to exchange mittens without purchaser there despite having receipt. Did not even look up from what she was doing. Come on Vail resorts, please train your employees

Avoid a tune here at all costs! Dropped my skis off two days ago for an edge grind and wax. Picked them up yesterday, and noticed no difference whatsoever in the sharpness of the edges, feeling with my hand they felt dull and rolled over. Took them back to the shop and the tech agreed they felt dull so they were nice enough to take them back in and allegedly regrind. Picked them up today and guess what - still dull. Maybe a hair better than when I first dropped them off? Maybe not.... Two stars for good customer service and attempting to make it right, however now I just have less material on my edges and nothing to show for it.

Worked with Brian to find a new pair of boots and had a great experience throughout the fitting and dealing with a warranty issue. He was very knowledgable, friendly and just a great guy overall. I could not have had a better fitting experience, looking forward to using these new boots for season to come. Highly recommend Brian and his whole team of boot fitters.
