Great selection but does not honor online prices

EDIT: I made an order via UberEats, received a notification that the order was ready, and walked over while taking a phone call.
When I got to the store the order wasn’t ready and I learned the order was cancelled. Apparently they attempted to contact me while I was walking.

TL;DR— The store failed to honor the original price and I had a subpar customer experience.

I can’t fault the store for the incorrect price but also this experience wasn’t great.

Could not be more thankful for all of the staff here. They are insanely knowledgeable about all of their wines and I haven’t ever been disappointed with their recommendations. I will never go anywhere else.

It’s a beautiful store with a great selection of spirits but my check out process left me feeling anxious and a bit upset. The sales woman was very rude to me as I was trying to decide between a smaller reposado bottle and a blanco. I was picking up for friends who didn’t specify so I sort of stuttered for a moment and thought out loud a bit and then simply decided and said okay give me the reposado please. She said “ what do you mean give me ? This is a nice place you are a nice man what do you mean?” To which I said i meant nothing by it that’s just how I casually ask for something, I had just gotten off the subway and was a bit out of breathe just trying to get to work. being from the tri state area I just say “ yeah I’ll take or give me the ____ please.” She was unnecessarily rude and snooty for no reason. I work in restaurants I myself am a bartender. I was nothing but kind so this rubbed me oddly. Won’t be going back.

This store is downstairs from my apartment. Convenient but I’d come here anyway! The owner is always so helpful and is generally a great guy. My husband and I had a scotch bar at our wedding and he helped us out since we were buying so much. He and the staff are very knowledgeable and always have good recommendations! I’m moving in the neighborhood, with a different liquor store across the street but I’ll keep coming here for my purchases because I’ve always had such great service here.
Ooh, they have frequent tastings and promos that are fun too! Plus it’s right on the marathon route so a great spot to grab a bottle to drink while you cheer!
