I came in to big peach ride + run to find my son some cross country sneakers because I heard they have a Aetrex machine to give an exact scan of his foot. Unfortunately it was not working but Lauren the store manager was phenomenal had great product knowledge and was still able to find the right shoe for him. Thank you Lauren I will be sure to purchase from here again.

If you're looking for running shoes, this is your sign to stop and get them here!
Went in to get my feet scanned to get the best shoe for me. Did not get the guys name but he helped me both the times i had gone to this location. He was very helpful and answered all the questions i had (which was a lot) he picked out a lot of options and i tried every one of them. He was very patient . The other staff member also make you feel very welcomed.

I recently started incorporating outdoor running into my workout routine, and now that I’m inspired to train for my first marathon next year, I knew it was time to get properly fitted for running shoes. After my Orangetheory class today, I stopped by and was helped by Kai (hope I spelled his name correctly). He was incredibly patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I came in this morning after researching for a good bike to get into the road/path biking category. I was able to find a beautiful revolt 2 in the perfect size. I was able to buy pedals, grip tape, and a full road tire set. They were able to put the whole bike together for me and made sure that everything was working as it should. Picked it up and got some riding today and it moves. All thanks to the help of the big peach team and especially Anthony; he made sure the whole process went smoothly!!

My husband purchased two gift cards for me to get a pair of shoes and some insoles for my birthday. I went to the Big Peach to purchase the shoes and insoles in January or February of this year. I spent a little over $300 on the shoes and insoles. The sales associate was very helpful and kind. I asked him how long the shoes would last, I planned to use the shoes for walking a couple times a week, which I did. He informed me they should last a year.
As of July the shoes are super uncomfortable and even painful on the heal. I take the shoes and insoles back to the store because they only lasted half the time I was told at the time of sale. The manager then informs me that the shoes only last 6 months to 1 year and offered me $50 off on another pair. This unacceptable.
I should have just purchased a pair of Hokas from Nordstrom. The staff is friendly but there is really no reason to purchase a pair of shoes at the Big Peach over a department store, other then the insoles.

I called the store the night before to ask about the return/exchange policy. I was told I would be able to return/exchange the shoes when the manager was there the next day. I came in to see the manager the next day. He said I would be able to get $50 for the $200+ shoes I purchased 6 months ago. So, thanks for the reply but that is not the experience I received.

I came in for a foot analysis a few months ago. The associate helping me seemed disinterested and honestly uneducated about the type of shoes I would need considering I have flat feet. She said “most shoes are made the same today.” Won’t be returning here for shoes.

Went in yesterday to check out the bike selection was approached by Alex who had a very welcoming demeanor. He answered every question I had and helped me choose the correct bike and other items. I appreciate his great customer service and his patience. Will definitely go back if I need anything else.
