My wife and I had a great experience at this store. It’s been years since I stopped running and wanted to get my feet analyzed and fitted. Michele helped us pick the right running shoes. I’ve tried the shoes twice already and love it better than my previous ones.

I am not a runner. I did not intend on becoming a runner. As a plus size person, running is intimidating. But I recently got the motivation to run (as has happened many times) and was recommended I get fitted for a shoe that was going to help on my journey. Thank you Paige (the kind soul with the left foot in a boot) for helping me find the right shoe for me. After fitting into the pair of Hoka Gaviotas and finding the cutest color to match me, I went home and speed walked/lightly jogged 2 miles around my neighborhood and even accomplished a PR. I was tired for sure but my feet felt amazing!! Thank you thank you!!! Now I’m training for an upcoming 5K.

I went with my husband to be fitted for shoes at this store and it was a total nightmare! First, the lady that waited on us was clueless. We were there no less than two hours and lost count of how many ridiculous shoes he tried on that were no where near a decent fit. The first thing she said is that he needs an extra wide shoe... lol. That is the last thing he needed. She did ask "Brice" to look at them, but he was busy with another customer. Our orthopedic doctor recommended we go to our store. If I could give ZERO stars I would. My only comfort is that most of the reviews say the same thing I say... horrible customer service.

Anna was super helpful. I’m 18, and she was super respectful to me and my mom. I had a ton of questions, and she answered all of them and more. Super knowledgeable, thorough and eager to help. Great clean place! I would recommend to anyone with questions.

I've purchased two pairs of shoes from Peachtree only to have both pairs to wear out before month four. I took one pair back to ask if there was anything they could do and was told by a nice young lady that she would issue a credit. I felt this was fair as I had spent quite a bit of money on two pairs of shoes only for them to last less than a year total. The young lady asked for assistance in issuing the credit by an older woman only to be told she could not. The older lady proceeded to tell me that they could not stand behind their product, I’m paraphrasing here, because they allow for 60 days and that I should only expect shoes to last 3 to 4 months. I would recommend finding a place that stands by their word and by their product.

Great location! I went in here to find my next running shoe, and it was my first time visiting a running store. I was impressed with the machine that measures your foot including pronation, and the level of service that I received from one of the reps, Loden. My only complaint is that, since I have a wide foot, they didn't have the shoe I decided on in the color I preferred, but I was able to purchase it on the brand's website directly. I hope they continue to expand their color selections, as I would've loved to purchase there!

Ethan did a great job selling me a pair of Brooks Adrenaline Shoes. I gave 4 stars only because it took a little song but I give him grace since he is new. He knew his product and knows the fit. I appreciate Ethan!

My son's high school cross country coach (Alpharetta High) recommended we get spikes from Big Peach Running Co. in Alpharetta, and we were disappointed with the experience. The staff did not seem to care at all. When we entered the store, the employees didn't bother to acknowledge our presence. We then asked to try on a pair of Nike dragonfly spikes (a recommendation from his running mates). The sales rep wasn't friendly and gave us limited information about the product although we made it clear to him that this was my son's first spike purchase and we needed more information/education. Due to the poor reception, we almost left, but my son needed them for a race next weekend and I didn't have the time to look elsewhere so we purchased them. I would think if one was spending $160 for a pair of shoes, at least the service will be decent. We won't be going back.
