Went to return a sprinkler that didn't work for our lawn. Because the box wasn’t in the “same condition as purchased” they didn’t allow the refund. I want to support local businesses, I really do, but at the end of the day Walmart, Amazon, & Home depot have this return process figured out where I know for a fact that the product would have been accepted back. That is the competition. My feedback is to reevaluate the return process at Big R and make it user friendly.

I have always had a good shopping experience at Big R. The employees are friendly and always ready & willing to help. Plus, I had to make a return once for dogfood and while they don't normally do that, after I explained the situation, they did take it back. Also, my mother had made a purchase, but it wasn't exactly what she was looking for. So, I took the item back, and they were able to find her exact purchase! They gave her a credit and she was able to go in then, and find what she really wanted! The only other place in town that does that, is Walmart. But, the quality of product at Big R is usually 10 times better. So, thank you Big R for great shopping experiences!

We were passing through on a trip in our RV. We needed propane but we were towing our jeep. The managers and employees helped tremendously to ensure we were able to pull through with our RV and guided us and helped us. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

I was rolling through town and I needed an RV water pump. other stores in town that had RV in their name didn’t have this part, although they had plenty of RV toilet paper to sell me. The friendly folks at Advance Auto Parts referred me to this place I’ve never heard of before called big R. Big R was well stocked, friendly, helpful, and had everything I needed. They had more RV parts than the other places in town that say they have RV parts. most importantly they had helpful staff they got me to what I needed. I spent more time there than I planned, and ended up with other items I needed Just because the staff was friendly and asked me what I was doing and what I needed.

We are traveling and stopped in twice. Once just to browse and pick up some rubber stoppers. They have a great selection of hardware!
The Staff are so friendly - each member greeted us sincerely and offered their assistance.
The check-out process was quick and accurate.
Our second visit was to get our RV propane tank filled - we parked by the bulk tank and didn't even have to hunt for someone to help us - the gentleman just appeared with a smile.
They have a great stock of just about everything.
