On Saturday 12/28/24 my husband and I entered the store. No one greeted us or acknowledged us for 20 minutes. There was a lady helping a kid with some shoes and two young males chit chatting by the register. I was hoping someone would say , “hello can I help you.” I got nothing so I walked out of the store. I wil take my business somewhere else. Very poor customer service!!!

Wonderful experience. My wife is a high functioning Asberger personality. Not many people know it to look at her but after talking to her for a few minutes it's apparent she thinks differently. That being said I appreciate the patience and absolute wonderful customer service she was given. She was listened to and helped as best as she could be. Although we weren't able to find shoes for her she had a wonderful time meeting new people and talking shoes! I thank you for making her experience pleasant and memorable!! We will certainly recommend both the Paradise and Chico locations to people. Customer service does still exist!!! Have a wonderful rest of your week ❤️

They were so kind about me trying to get my dad some birkenstocks and when they didn't fit him he just got Teva shoe. They were so kind that they gave me a mini tune up coupon. This was probably the best customer experience I have ever had in my life

Fantastic experience today at this shop. Greated immediately upon entering and we were looking for sandals. Have not had Birks since the early 90's. They let us try on multiple pairs and walk around. Zero hard sell. Super friendly. Left with two pair and some socks. My feer thank you.

Wish I could leave a good review but I went in to exchange some berkies I was give as a gift and let’s just say I will not be returning after the hassle it was. I was spoken to rudely, they had barely any sizes or styles and threw the box my direction when I said no to a bag. It was an odd experience to say the least. I can buy my Birkenstocks at numerous other locations online and store front so they lost a regular Birkenstock wearer for their rude and awkward games.

The service here is unparalleled. Very kind, helpful staff, excellent products. They've helped my husband and I safely transition from the Soft Footbeds we started with to the Traditional Birkenstock Footbed of our latest pairs. Most comfortable and high quality sandals we've ever experienced. We love that we can get them resoled at Preston's and the SoxsolS inserts make foot hygiene and odor control a breeze. Thank you so much for your years of excellent service!
