I came in today looking for some sandals and had the best customer service I have ever had. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two guys asking if they could help me find something. I said anything pink and comfortable. They both took the time to run up the stairs and find different shoes I could try on. I know I was picky so they were very patient until I found the perfect pair. So, thank you Jp and Leon for helping me find a pair of pink sandals.

Can I rate below 1? Husband bought a pair of Ecco sandals. Felt good when trying them on , but ripped his feet up after some walking. Store wouldn’t take them back even though they still looked like new. VERY rude and obnoxious, said my feet were defective not the sandals then said to get out of his store. Both he and the woman were terrible to deal with. $150 dollars for a pair he can’t wear. Have already reached out to Birkenstock and Ecco with complaints. Don’t waste your money here.

I went in with my sister to buy a couple pairs of Birkenstocks in different colors. The lady was rude, kept asking me to tell her instead of look around for what I wanted. But I thought it was smarter to just look at my size and see if it was a color I wanted since I wanted multiple pairs. The guy kept getting irritated with us saying “you just don’t know how we do things here” and stomping around yelling at us. He said “I’m a local, look at my chains”. Like what? I cannot believe how rude. I think it could be a race thing as he was helping all of the other people fine and we were the only ones of color. So disappointing. I went into that store ready to spend hundreds of dollars but he did not want my business.

The staff at this location is SO unbelievably rude - I wish I would’ve read the reviews before visiting. I walked in looking for a specific type of birks - after the woman showed me something completely different, trying to convince me it was the same, she then said that they don’t sell exactly what I was looking for but that they fit similarly to what she had brought me. I was very nice and appreciative for her help and asked if I could try two different sizes on to get an idea of what size I need for ordering. The woman said “um no, I work on commission so I’m not sizing you for you to order online”. I was so taken-aback and asked again for two sizes that I could try on by myself, no help needed, and she said again that she works on commission and will not be helping me unless I buy in-store. So disrespectful!! I will never spend a dime in there and I would discourage anyone from doing the same.

Horrible and rude workers.Nothing good to say. I said I was going to buy online. And both white and black worker proceeded to say for me to buy a pair of birks with wrong information and that they’re paid off commission. Idgaf just do your job or get a better job low life
