Bought a couple pair of Blundstone boots today. The saleswoman answered every question I had and brought me every type of boot and size and color I asked for that they carry. She went way above and beyond, and was incredibly helpful and accommodating…and patient. Terrific service! Also they have a fantastic HUGE selection of Birkenstocks, even though I wasn’t there to buy any today.

Bought my first pair a few weeks back. Got great service at the store and the sandals are comfortable. But bought the Arizona Fur model and now the fur is coming off so not sure how I feel about them now. I'll probably drop back in and see if that's how they are if it's just a defect. Hopefully it's a defect because if not I'll be adjusting my review and giving them one star.

I am happy to support this local business gem! The owner, Galit, is knowledgeable, friendly and maintains an awesome selection of Birkenstocks and a number of other comfort shoes. My mom, sister and I have been shopping in this store for many, many years. Even my husband and children love buying their summer sandals here. Their hygiene standards are superior, putting my mind at ease when shopping during the pandemic. If you are in favor of supporting small businesses, this is the shoe store to visit!

IMHO, the service was amazing! I don’t often shop for high-priced shoes, like the ones here. When it comes to my feet though, I’m extremely discerning. Pricing is almost always MY issue, and my wife has a say in all the above. Putting it mildly, I’m not the easiest customer. I purchased shoes that my wife didn’t care for. To keep peace, I went back days later for an exchange. NO PROBLEMS. They understood and never questioned me. Not good with names, but I do recall the sister sold the 1st pair, and the brother took care of the exchange in her absence. To my standards this was very good customer service.

Enjoyed shopping here - they have a good selection of different sandals available. The staff was helpful. A little on the pushy side, but we were intending to purchase, so it didn't really matter.

Most importantly, if you are already a Birkenstock owner, they do sole replacements which is awesome since your Birki's can literally last forever. Takes about 2 weeks to turn those around.
