The store is compact but it’s jammed with so many options! I’ve never seen that many Birks in the one place before, it was so exciting! I pickup a pair of the Arizona in Taupe Suede which have been so hard to find lately! Love them.
Efficient staff with quick service. Street parking is available but can be difficult to find.

The staff is very friendly but I have to deduct two stars for their return policy. They do not issue refunds even on unworn shoes and will only provide store credit.

They have a male worker at this location who is very rude. I asked just if they had a different color way he then talks to me in a heavy tone. He also started aggressively putting away shoes from a different customer slamming them in their boxes. The extra star is for the rest of the staff who are nice but that one worker is very rude and made me walk out instead of buying. (I only asked for one pair of sandals and it was 45 mins before closing)

Initially I had mixed reviews about this place and so glad I waited until this last experience to write this.

The fur in the Boston clogs damaged after three wears. They were so kind in explaining the situation as to why this happens. Seems to be a Birkenstocks issue, not a store issue.

They were so kind in the exchange process and I’d definitely go back.

Wonderful store, great service! The sales representative Elizabeth was so patient and took such great care of me. I keep coming back to this store for all my footwear needs. besides Birkenstock shoes, sandals and Dansko clogs, they have a collection of comfort ankle high boots.
