I was looking forward to some Thanksgiving rides over the Holiday. Had some issues on my last ride, preventing me from safely riding my bike. I’m from out of town and searched for a shop with solid knowledge. We called Bikes & Hikes. Randy answered the phone and was very accommodating, happily helping us at 2:00pm Thanksgiving eve. I had a couple things going on, requiring a great deal of working knowledge. He diligently worked on my bike, with no pause teaching me a few things along the way. Thanks to Randy, I’ll be speeding down hill with a belly full of turkey. This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for shops like Randy’s Bikes & Hikes. Thanks again Randy!

My wife and I were looking to buy a couple of e-bikes and found out that Blairsville Bikes & Gear had the two models that we liked in stock. We visited the shop the next day. Camda and Casey, their bike mechanic, greeted us when we arrived and told us that both bikes were charged up and ready for a test ride. Camda & Casey were knowledgeable, friendly, able and willing to answer all of our questions, and a pleasure to work with! They also have a great assortment of bikes! We ended up buying our bikes through them and would totally recommend them! ?

LOVE this shop! The owners are knowledgable and extremely helpful and Casey, the bike mechanic, is the best. I've been in several times now and they are consistent. So lucky to have this resource here.

Hands down my favorite bike shop I’ve ever been in! Great service! I got my girlfriend and I some new gear and upgraded bike parts for the lowest price around!

The shop is ran by a man named Robert, he retired from his old career and now runs the bike and bike shop. You can tell it’s truly his passion as he only wants to help his customers get back outdoors! Like any business owner, Robert obviously has to make a profit, but he by no means rips people off! He sells a wide selection of items at a fair price to say the least. You can also find great deals on used parts or new take offs.

When it comes to bicycle service, no matter the type of bike, he seems to have the tools and the know how to do it all! I’ve seen him working on department store bikes for little kids, several thousand dollar full suspension mountain bikes, road bikes, etc. He also sells lots of bike maintenance products for the people who do some of their own work.

The hiking area of the shop has a great variety including hydration accessories, walking sticks, pepper spray, clothing, insect repellent, and more!

To sum it up, this is a one stop shop to keep your adventure going! You heat good deals on products while having the friendly mom and pops store atmosphere.

Extremely friendly. Stopped in because I wanted different tires for my gravel bike. More of a slick tire. They had what I needed along with some gloves. Again very very friendly and helpful.

Went in today with an issue on my mountain bike. Even though his shop was jammed with bikes, Randy dropped what he was doing, fixed mine on the spot, then didn't want to charge me. Absolutely a first-class operation! I would strongly recommend this shop.

He knows the bicycle repair business well. He's fast, competent, pleasant, and reasonably priced. I've used his services multiple times for a variety of problems and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend him.

I visit this area from time to time and picked up a used vintage bike at a nearby pawn shop. The owner of this bike did the cables and tuneup, tires and tubes and got me setup quickly. Prices were good too and I'd go back if I'm in the area again with a bike in need of work.
