Please don't send me junk mail asking me to sign up for third party insurance. What a scam. It's a shame the huge price increases doesn't cover what you're trying to sell me. But you thought it was also a good idea to partner with someone to try and rake in more cash from the town.

They shut off my water less than a week before Christmas during below freezing weather. My credit card expired, which is my bad. But instead of calling to get updated autopay information they shut it off. I hope my pipes do not break because of the weather. The letter I received did not say anything about the water being shut off and it also said "do not pay- autopay".

The process is broken and this is a terrible way to treat someone in your town.

The water is horrible. We've been paying for a outside water service because bloomington water smells/tastes like pool water. Now they say there's lead in the lines and the cost will double over the next however many years. What a joke. This city is crumbling. We are on our way out, I suggest you do the same

Please teach your employees the difference between delinquency and current billing cycle. I sold my house in Bloomington and the closing date is April 5th. The buyer was being proactive and got her account set up for services to begin. Kudos to her! I was going to call today on my lunch break to make them aware of the changes. Before I could, I receive a text from my realtor asking if I was delinquent on my water bill… Huh.. that’s news to me..

The buyer was told that I was delinquent on said account. My bill is due on 5th. Like every month for the last ten years. I was in no mood for shenanigans today! If I was truly delinquent I would have let it go. However, I was not and the Italian in me could not let it go. When I called the women on the line was pleasant. I gave her two thumbs up for that. She did check my account and said it was in good standing. She is the only reason why I gave two stars.

I would like to take the time to thank the City crews that did the street repairs, from water and sewer repair that were made on my street. They did quick and professional work. The street looks the best it has looked in several years . The workers were very nice and friendly.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Customer service is rude and they shame you for being at poverty level. The woman was rude amd told me "its not our fault you didnt pay your bill" like yeah thats what i wanted to do. Get my water shut off so i could call and get talked down to. They wont work out payment plans or help in any way.

Outrageous and unfair policies at the City of Bloomington Water Department. I won't bore the masses with the specifics of my complaint, but I feel my business was treated very unfairly. Is there a way to give negative star reviews?

IF YOU LIVE IN A TOWNHOME OR APT. WITH MULTIPLE UNITS ONLY 1 UNIT IS CHARGED FOR BULK WASTE FOR YOUR ENTIRE BUILDING. ACCORDING TO SHANNON (SUPERINTENDENT). CHECK YOUR BILLS YOU MAY BE BEING BILLED FOR OTHER TENANTS BULK WASTE. I'VE HAD TO ARGUE WITH THESE PEOPLE ABOUT ADDING BULK CHARGES TO MY BILL WHEN OTHER TENANTS PUT OUT BULK WASTE. THEY HAVE NO WAY OF SEPERATING THIS FEE!!! WATCH YOUR BILL!!!
