We would have purchased more items; however, the salesperson was on her phone through her earbuds throughout the entire process of buying shoes. I thought she was talking to herself because she kept walking into the corner and talking. When we checked out I noticed her ear pods. It was very distracting to say the least. She was mildly friendly, but we could tell she just wanted us out of there so she could focus on whomever she was having a conversation with. Great merchandise& selection for a small storefront; however, missed out on us spending a whole lot more money since we didn’t feel welcome to browse.

Walked 2 feet in and my daughter was holding her lollipop- lady was immediately so rude about her having a lolipop. LOL not welcoming AT ALL and will not be going back 🙂 there’s definitely a better way to ask someone to make sure their daughter is careful with their lolipop

Don’t think about looking at the shoes for too long. If you think about touching them to look at them, they bite your head off and tell you to read the sign. Very rude service. Definitely cheaper stores that sell the same products, not worth it for the rudeness.

Stopped in looking for Altra shoes. Customer service was great and the price was same as big box stores which was great, because I would rather support local stores. By the way the Altras are amazing shoes and well worth the price.

Attention ice cream lovers.......single cones not allowed. If I was selling $200-300 Patagonia jackets I would be less concerned about an adult being able to handle not spilling icecream than please customers that are ready to buy.......oh well.......can always shop online. Clearly rude owner........see response below. LOL.

Worst customer service ever. Lady was so rude. Avoid Ellijay store at all costs. Will never go back.
