Tub is great.. for a short woman. It fits me because I’m 5’1”. however, if you experience a problem or have a question, can’t reach a live person. Only able to leave a message..no one returns a call, I’ve left messages for over 2 weeks.. why? I think an extra option we purchased is not working .. apparently their solution is ignore customers once they buy!

I bought a Boca walk in tub in November 2021. It was my biggest purchase for a safe walk in tub for my mother who is 81. We love the design, we loved everything about it until we used it! I wish the design had a splashguard. Anytime we use the shower or tub water goes onto the floor. Even when you sit all the way back and turn on the Jets water goes up behind onto that back ledge and pours onto the floor.
I think for the new 2023 they should work on the design and put a bigger lip on the back rest.

4 years ago my husband bought us a walk in Tub. We paid 14k for the tub and shower package. They were supposed to install it properly. Come to find out they use sub par technicians to install the tubs. We had an issue with it with in the 1st few months. They sent out another technician out and it worked for a while. Fast forward to now. 4 years later when I am selling the home. We failed an inspection becuase the tub was installed with poor electrical and I was even told that we were lucky that it didn't catch fire. They should have installed a GFI outlet to oug the tub in. It was attatched to an extention cord. I am appaled and now I am forced to pay additional money to get this up to code.

I have an electrician that will certify what I am saying is truth and I will be taking this up with an attorney.

Do not buy from this company.

I will be glad to share receipts and the write up from my inspection and pictures to prove they did a poor job. I sware if Boca comes back and says that they are only the manufacturer, I will screem. Even more reason not to buy. They don't take pride in who represents them.

After over a year of researching walk-in tubs, we decided on the Boca Tub. We could not be happier. It has all the bells and whistles possible. Excellent installer (Michael) and exceptional salesperson (Anna). This tub is the best walk-in tub you could buy. Anna was quick to answer all my questions, and I even asked her to send me a video of someone sitting in the 2 models I was considering so I would know if my husband would fit. My husband has severe nerve damage and can’t have things touching him, so I needed to see the width, height and in general how much room there is for someone 170 pounds and 6 feet tall. She promptly found someone my husbands size and sent the video. We decided to go with the biggest one person tub they have. All the features are wonderful, and it is very easy to close the door which is important. During my research, I tried one that I couldn’t open or close the door. These kind of tubs are for people with all kinds of problems, the door needs to be easily opened and closed. I believe service is a very important factor. After the tub was installed, we realized we needed splash guards. Anna promptly sent Michael back out to install them. A lot of times, once you buy something it is impossible to ever reach them again..NOT SO WITH BOCA TUBS. THEY ARE THERE FOR YOU. I highly recommend this tub and Anna and Michael.

The first guy that was supposed to come give me a bid was a no show no call. Several hours after he didn't show up I called them. A different guy was supposed to come the next day but then called and said he was going to be an hour late which wouldn't work. So then someone else was supposed to call and reschedule. It's been over a week now, no one ever called. Don't waste your time because they clearly don't value it.
Edit: after reading other reviews I'm thankful they didn't show up.

Boca walk-in tubs are NOT what they are advertised to be. I am more than dissatisfied! I am totally disgusted. My main concern during their lengthy presentation was that it might be too small and claustrophobic. The space that you stand in is like a 17"x17" bucket that is hard to turn around in. The door must be entered sideways as it is only 12 1/2" wide at the widest part before it widens out at the very top. The drain doesn't lock and leaks. You cannot fill the tub and then get into it. You must sit there with the door locked until it fills up - in about an hour - in order to be able to use the jets. The installation was less than acceptable. Water stands all over, especially in the front behind the shower (about half an inch deep). Caulk left a divot that lets water stand in the crease. There is a missing set screw in the safety grab bar on the side of the shower. The shower mechanisms are brought out from the wall about a foot or more to make it feel even more claustrophobic. The bidet is a joke. The only thing that it is designed to clean is the wall behind the extended plumbing as it is in the front of the seat facing forward. We are making payments on $12.5K for a shower/tub that my husband won't even use.

Let me say that working with Anna was amazing. She returned calls immediately, was always pleasant and helpful. There were some issues, like my tub was shipped 2 times and broken, and so they drove it to me. Also my toilet was damaged in the experience and they replaced it.
I LOVE my tub, especially the micro bubbles, they are wonderful. I never take baths and now I do! And often. So relaxing and contributes to my well being so much! I would recommend Boca to everyone.

We had a tub installed about a year ago. It already has several issues and has broken multiple times. They sell you a “lifetime warranty” but in the fine print, it states it’s for parts only. So anytime you need your tub fixed, you have to shell out money for labor costs. It’s absolutely a scam and the customer service team is abhorrent. They don’t care about service, only about taking advantage of customers not reading the entire warranty thoroughly, which most people won’t. They never openly disclose these things before you sign the papers and pay for the product. Predatory and scammy. Also the warranty isn’t transferable if you sell your property. Meaning the new owner gets screwed over as well. I can’t think of a more terrible company to do business with. Highly unsatisfactory.
