This is the only place I buy my sneakers.
Customer service is wonderful. They really take their time helping you select the right shoe. I was impressed by the way they observed the way you walk wearing the shoes.
In fact I’m going there tomorrow to buy a new pair.

My Doctor suggested I go there and get my feet analyzed to find the best shoe for me. The guy( can't remember his name) was great and helped me find a great pair of shoes. I would've never went and spent that much on shoes if my doctor hadn't suggested it to get my foot pain taken care of. But I am glad I did. So I will be returning when I need new shoes again!

This was the nice place to get shoe. The sales person (apologies that I forgot the name) addressed all my questions and suggested me the best suitable shoe. He brought a few pairs for trail and thanks to him for the pair of socks as well as I was with my sandals and it was an unplanned visit along with friends. The shoes he brought for trail were so nice. But the stock they have are with colors which I never wore. The sales person was so nice and he responded with warmth smile to me. I will be looking forward visit again.

I came into the store and ordered shoes that were on backorder. After calling every few days, I was finally told after 2 weeks that the shoe was not even ordered. I was reassured every time that they were checking back with the manufacturer but clearly that never happened. this is extremely poor service and I will not be recommending anyone to shop here.

Great place for buying shoes! The person who attended me was knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best one that fits my gait and size and a balance between cushioning and stability. One thing is the price point of particular shoes can be slightly higher than the online deals you may get, but I guess the personalized experience of buying from here is of no match to that! Excited to run in my Brooks Ghost!
