I bought a pair of Hyer boots through Bolt Ranch Store for almost $300, and they were falling apart in less than two months — just from basic barn use. No riding, no spurs, just walking. Now neither Bolt Ranch nor Hyer will take responsibility or offer a proper replacement. Buyer beware: if you have any issues, don’t expect either company to stand behind their product or help you out. Pretty disappointing from a brand that claims their boots are made for real barn life.

Beautiful store, fun to wander around and peruse, excellent choice of all manner of western wear, gifts and gift items. Friendly helpful staff, lovely town location worth the visit.

This is my store for jeans, and high quality clothing. They have a huge inventory (yet always seems to have new options) and a friendly staff. Being from California, I was reluctant to stop in a store that had “western” options, but I love how they’re slowly changing my wardrobe one epic flannel at a time. Thank you Bolt Ranch for the confidence boost every time I walk out of the store!

I truly love this store which is why I'm giving 5 stars. However, it is so upsetting when something is marked down in clearance and clearly has a price listed and they refuse to honor it. The amount of times the prices have rung up as more expensive than the tag is kind of crazy. We just shop clearance, and clearance isn't always perfect. Thats understandable. I just wish they would honor the prices on the tag/box or have them marked properly.

Restarted horseback riding this week. My riding instructor in Peoa, Utah said I had to get new boots that were more appropriate for horseback riding (cowboy boots w/ a proper heel, leather bottom, etc.). I asked her where to go. She said "Bolt." I went into the Bolt Ranch Store and they were amazing. Great expertise. Huge selection. I got to work with Jenny who was over-the-top terrific. This is not a "big box" country store but a very large boutique with top end product and staff. Highly recommend!

With five minutes till close and a business trip looming, I was faced with the unfortunate fact that my intended dress pants did not fit. I called the store and said I was ten minutes away and really needed some clothes for my business trip and guess who stayed open?

Bolt has premier customer service and product selection. Their friendly staff go above and beyond and have earned my business and my referrals for years to come.

These guys saved us! On our way to a campout (and 2.5 hours into our drive) we realized we'd left the baby's shoes at home. He's just barely walking. New West Country Store to the rescue! They had darling cowboy boots in tons of sizes, as well as comfy slippers and moccasins. I got some in my little boy's size to the tune of $30 (ouch), but they're high quality! And he had shoes while we camped. Success!
