Stay away for service! They are only part changers, no mechanical skills at all. Three times my $8,000.00 Scagg went in and came back with same problem. Owner told me "Dude it's a lawn mower buy a new one" My friend fixed it in 30 minutes (dirty carburetor) And make things worse. The owner is Rude & Condescending. Parts only for service go elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. Mower in for repair. 2 weeks no parts ordered and not even touched. Owner said if you don't like it come get your mower out of here. We have no idea when or if it will be repaired. Hopefully they won't be in business much longer

Boone Equipment did a great job getting our mower fully serviced and prepared for the 2024 season. We used pickup and delivery since I had no way to get the mower there otherwise. The driver was incredibly pleasant to work with, something missing too much in business these days.

It's a good place to get parts feed for your livestock and pesticides and herbicides and anything you need to treat your animals be it flea dip or horses treats if I need a part right now and set up ordering online and waiting a couple days I go to Boons usually they have the parts I need

They do good work - if you don't mind a dose of attitude. Be prepared to have your equipment's EXACT model and serial number before asking for a part. I called on a Saturday asking what turnaround time would be on a general service (oil & blade change, adjust, etc). The lady on the phone was just plain rude. She couldn't/wouldn't tell me. Service manager off. What? No one can look at the schedule and give me an approximation? Today, I called asking about blades. Another dose of attitude. To h*** with them. I like buying locally. But I'm ordering from Amazon.
