Went shopping for a pair of boots in other stores. All I could find in other places were imitations. I came into Boots and Spurs as my last stop of the day. I hadnt been to this store in years. But, I was glad I did. I Found these nice Cowtown elephant boots. Made in USA. Size fits well. The tall man at the front desk was helpful and Im satisfied with the purchase. Good savings to. $200 cheaper than I expected for real elephant. Thank for the help

I love this store. It always has something unique or comfortable for me to wear and purchase. The owners, or workers, were very friendly and helpful. If you like Western wear, then you should check this place out. They have clothes, boots and shoes, accessories and more. Lots to choose from.

They have a decent selection of boots and its a good place to check out if you're in the neighborhood. Steel toe selection is pretty good if you need work boots. Prices are the same as everywhere else. My beef is they put boots that have obviously been broke in and returned, or just plain out worked in back on the shelves at full price. Another massive one for me that keeps me from going back is the store associates will relentlessly continue to ask you if you are in need of some assistance after you have plainly said NO multiple times. If you asked me a minute and a half ago if I needed help and I said no, I'm just browsing, I don't need someone to come around and ask me seven more times in the next half hour. I understand they are trained to believe this is good customer service, but it just makes me and the people I bring their to spend good money walk out without spending any because we feel like we are being harassed. I dont leave a lot of reviews but this is the second time I have walked in there and left abrubtly because I hate having to continuously tell associates to let me be.

Great store. Good selection overall for most of the item types they carry. Staff is extremely helpful. There's a section to kind of off to the side with furniture, decor and vintage items which is a pleasant surprise. Overall a really pleasant shopping experience.

Would not recommend for getting boots resoled. You’re better off buying new boots or a new sole without the heel. The heel has delaminated 2 times in a month. Not going back.

Great selection, excellent prices and the personal service that can only be found at a family owned business. Well worth the trip. I came home with a perfectly fitted pair of Anderson Bean boots, and more.
