Una experiencia única alejada del bullicio de la ciudad, ideal para ir en familia o pasar tiempo con tu pareja,eso si, lleven mucha comida, bebida, bombones y más jiji siempre hace falta.

Absolutely beautiful views at this canyon campground!! Fire pits and picnic tables at each site. Nice bathrooms and showers, but no hot water...not sure if it normally works. We will be back!!

Huge state park to explore with very friendly helpful staff. Nice to have full hookups at such a reasonable price. The only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is the RV campground is a bit run down. Many years of deferred maintenance. The asphalt road was falling apart. Sad to see really. In contrast the visitors center was very new and was wonderful - highly recommend a visit! We didnt use the bathrooms in the campground so dont know how they were. We camped at Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, Borrego Palm Canyon Campground in a Motorhome.

Great place to see the night sky! Staff was very helpful and friendly, I do recommend booking in advance or checking in at 2 pm sharp. We arrived on a Saturday at 3 pm and there was only one spot remaining!

Also the camping ticket can be used as free parking throughout the day anywhere in Anza borrego!

Lovely campground: well kept friendly host and staff. The upper loop (higher numbers) looks right into canyon. Showers are hot if a little dark and dingy. It’s a CA state park so expect to pay for showers and a premium for camping. Can get windy

Borrego Palm Canyon is super chill, with a good vibe. I camped with my family of 4, including our two girls, ages 7 and 9, in late February 2024. We had site 75. The facilities are super clean. The campground was quiet by 9pm. This time of year nights are in the mid 50s. Perfect sleeping weather. Calm winds.

Highly recommended and well camp again for sure!

Check out the visitors center and do the Junior Ranger program with your kids. So fun!

Such a beautiful and serene place to camp. Avoid the "full hookup" sites for spacious and peaceful campsites, many of which are "pull through" friendly. Very clean facilities and friendly and helpful rangers working at the gate. Direct proximity to the wonderful palm canyon trail makes this campground a true gem. Highly recommend.

I stayed one night on a Friday in May, 2023. The weather was great. The temperature was around 91F. There was breeze occasionally. The air was dry. I found it comfortable weather. The campground and bathroom were clean. I got amazing views of mountains. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful too. The campground is near Borrego Palm Canyon Trail where you can experience oases, canyon, and rock mountains. The campground is 2 hr from San Diego and little over 3 hr from LA. There are also scenic and viewing points on the roads to get the campground. Staying in the desert campground needs careful preparation Iike loading extra water and making sure the car is filled with gas. This is now my favorite campground. It is definitely worth to visit.
