The product is sturdy, the leather of good quality, and I appreciated the in-depth cleaning advice on their store page. Moreover, shipping was incredibly fast given I live deep in the south and it traveled from the UK; all topped off with my order containing a neat handwritten note from the owner, Herr David. Excellent customer service! I'll be using them going forward.

I bought the leather canteen / hipflask and am very happy with the product. It feels great, holds just as much water as my regular water bottle, and the look is great. I love that there is no plastic showing, and the wood spout/wooden cork looks great. I bought it to add to my Renaissance faire outfit so I could stay hydrated throughout the day without a plastic water bottle look and it worked great. Got lots of compliments on it as well! In addition, David was very responsive to my questions and emails. The price is also very reasonable. Even with international shipping the quality was better and the price cheaper than a lot of other options!
