This is a nice area to hike as there are limited areas to hike around Brantford. We did not locate any bathrooms here - be aware of that. There was some graffiti on rocks that detracts from the trail beauty (in my opinion) - it looks like a hangout for teenagers. It would be nice if the the locals kept it a little cleaner. With that said, I still recommend this as a place to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful sites. I would recommend having someone with you on this walk - for safety.

An awesome little hiking/walking area! I'm a wedding photographer and have gone here with clients for engagement session photos. Beautiful wildlife is nearby, the bride is very cool and unique, and the area is safe and clean in my experience. You should definitely check it out!

Edit 2024: I came back with another wedding couple of mine! The saw the first batch of photos I took and decided they wanted in on the fun. The footbridge was as great the second time as the first. Still highly recommended!

Perfect little trail for coastal bird watching and to take in a beautiful coastal and brackish water environment. You might even see an Amtrak Northeast Regional train pass by!

This place is a fantastic nature preserve ?️ and trial! ? Branford Trolley Trail and Footbridge is a wonderful spot of a short and easy hike! ?‍♂️ Perfect for families ? and very dog-friendly! ? The views ? here are amazing ? so definitely bring your best camera ? for some Instagram-worthy ? pictures! ? I wish I knew about this place sooner!

Love going on walks here but wish people were more mindful of their dogs coming up to my dog whenever they feel like it.
Dog owners need to be more aware that having your dog off leash is a privilege and only for dogs who have great recall. Keep your dogs on leash and be mindful that not all dogs need to socialize.

What a beautiful trail. This trail is very well maintained and is a very easy walk with the most incredible views. I really enjoyed my time there and loved all the wild life and being so close to nature.
