What an awesome bike shop! Everything about riding bikes in Brown County was a pleasant surprise. My bike went down last minute but the lack of snow up north made a bike trip down south the only go to for a planned weekend away. Brown County got me onto an amazing bike, hooked me up with nutrition needs, and trail beta for an awesome February ride. Owners and staff made me feel welcome and right at home--so did the local customers and local riders. I'll definitely be back to Brown County. The trails are awesome and the people are even better!

We had been debating getting e-bikes for a while but were overwhelmed with options, pricing, types, etc. We went in to BCB “just to look” and rode out on two e-bikes! Emily was knowledgeable, kind and patient as we asked dozens of questions and went for multiple test rides. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase and service we received.

Brown County Bikes is an outstanding bike shop! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was out at Brown County State Park for a weekend mountain biking trip - my bike has been having a persistent issue with a dreadful creek and loose feeling in the headset. I upgraded the headset prior to the trip, but that did not help. I took the bike to a local bike shop, and they "fixed" the issue, however, it came back on my first ride during the trip. Frustrated, I brought my bike in to Brown County Bikes (kind of late as it was almost 5PM), Emily diagnosed the issue stemming from my front fork and told me she would be able to rebuild it. She got to it right away and was able to rebuild it in just over an hour with staying after hours to do so, and provided some great advice after! Shout out to Emily! My bike feels better than it did when it was new. They are 4 hours away from me, but if i need any major repairs or maintenance done I will be sure to schedule it with them around trips down to Brown County.

The bike I bought has been fantastic and the service I received / the buying process was stellar. Emily and her team answered all of my questions ( I really had a lot), helped me fix another bike, shop for the best replacement parts and offered all the advice I asked for. I can tell they love bikes and are excited to help anyone enjoy them. Whether purchasing, renting or fixing this is the place to go for mountain bikes.

Made my first visit into BCB recently to get two bikes tuned up that hadn't been ridden in a while. Emily greeted me right away as I walked in. Before I knew it my bike was on a mount and the technician was checking everything out. He told me the things that needed to be done. LATER THAT SAME DAY they phoned to let me know my bike was ready for pick up. Incredible. Price was quite reasonable. Everyone was nice and friendly. I felt as if my bike was treated like a high-end---and it's not high-end. Great experience!
