Tim was the best guy ever!!!! We were just looking around and we got introduced he was so fun to talk to and get to know! We left and came back later and found some $150 boots for $50 each and they were exactly what my wife wanted! (We got two pairs) great people!!

It's always a great experience shopping here. I come here because they really know feet.....flat, wide, high arch, etc., and then they know the correct footwear to match. I was in on a Sunday afternoon this time. It was moderately busy. I waited just a few minutes for assistance, but when it was my turn, I was not at all rushed. Excellent customer service. I was happy with my new purchases...shoes and shoe inserts. Yes, they are pricey, but the quality and service are worth it.
I also feel whatever you buy here will last a long while and not wear out so quickly.

Went in to buy a pair of work boots. Browns offers 10% off for occupational footwear like work boots which i think is awesome. their staff was very friendly and helpful!

I love the selection. They only sell good quality shoes. The staff is pretty nice. A nice gentleman sold me Ugg slippers that I love. The only reason I did not give five stars is the prices are really high, as is most everything downtown, so I feel at least they should have better clearance and sale prices.
