My wife went in this evening (12/26/24) to buy a pair of shoes for her and 2 for me. They apparently were to worried about closing in 45 minutes to help me. After 20 minutes someone finally helped my wife but after me asking for help he said we don't have wides right now and walked off and would not help. I spend at least $1000.00 a year there if not more and always got great service. It would take a lot for me to return to Brown's.

If you are in need of shoes and great customer service, then Brown's Shoe Fit in Muskogee, is the store you MUST go to. My family and I drive from Tulsa, and I will not go to any other shoe store. I was there Saturday and I was on the verge of passing completely out. They took care of me until I got my wits about me, even walked me to my car, AND made me promise to call them when I got home! CLASS ACT this crew is!! THANK YOU!!

I paid $189 for a pair of HOKA support shoes I've had then less than 60 days and the sole on one is breaking off In peices and the other one the whole sole is coming off the shoe. I'm very disappointed and regret sending my friend there for good shoes.

This is the best shoe store in town! They have tons of causal shoes, dress shoes, boots of any kind, and the best selection of running shoes in the area! Dorian is super helpful and has the answer to any question you could have, and always knows what shoes are cool and in style at the time. I have a great experience every time I stop by!

Dorien and Levi were extremely knowledgeable in all things feet! I hadn't even known that I had high arches, let alone a fallen arch. They made sure I got both insoles AND shoes to give my feet proper support, but to relieve the pain in my back and knees too. Starting with a good foundation helps the rest of the body, and if I could I'd give them ten stars!

My husband Jeremy bought a pair of hooka boots in April. The sole just started coming off, he went in showed them and they replaced them the same day! Great service!!

Went today to buy a pair of Hoka shoes. I found some I liked but they didn’t have my size in the color I wanted. As we left the store , we were accosted by a very rude lady who told us not to come in their store and just try on shoes. We were appalled at her attitude and she doesn’t have to worry we won’t be back. I would have purchased shoes if they had what I wanted. The young sales people who helped us were very nice and helpful , but the older lady that griped me out was a desperate rude woman!!
