Wanted to purchase a Milwaukee heated jacket. Boxes are locked up with security tags. No display to try them on or feel the difference in the materials. Made the statement “I can’t spend $250 without trying it on” only to get no response.
Very poorly thought out. I’ll go elsewhere.
Rural King in Waterloo was happy to help me with my purchase.

Products are good for a small town, the help in the lumber area and mower area are good. The cashiers are horrible. Their attitudes everything. I have almost stopped going here because of these new cashiers. They act as if it's a burden to ring you out.
