I enjoy Buffalo river bc of the ability to ride in the river. The only complaints I would have, would be not having water hook ups at the individual camo sites. The driveway does have a steep grade to the camp. Trails could definitely be marked better and at the moment they don't have an updated map. They have covered corral style stalls and several large box stalls.

It is the perfect place to meet and ride with many great people that enjoy the outdoors and horseback riding. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any questions or concerns. The organized rides are guided with a trail boss and they offer three meals a day for the event. Great food it was a buffet style with a dining hall that had booths and tables and even outdoor seating. While the camp grounds were organized with sections that had available stalls for horses very close and bath houses nearby as well. Also a laundry room my only reason for not giving 5 stars would be the bath houses could use some extra cleaning and only one washer and dryer available but other than that I had a great experience meeting new people on the trails and camping and at the dance hall . Was a great place to enjoy some summer time getaway vacation. I would recommend this place for all ages for singles to families. You won't be disappointed with finding a good time in any type of camping fishing hiking riding or just hanging out and meeting new folks. Thanks so much to the staff again I had a really good time !?! Book now they stay busy !! Have fun !!!

Had a fantastic 4 days!! Weather was great, trails nice, and people were nice. Went Memorial Day Weekend. Will definitely be back. Only negative was they have been cutting timber and some trails are not there anymore. Bathhouse really clean and nice. No internet at campsites so no cell phone service.

Excellent place to ride. The staff and volunteers were the best! We had three meals per day and everything was good. The trail bosses kept everyone safe while on the trails.

Perfect weekend vacation spot to camp and trail ride. Trails are beautiful with creeks and waterfalls. This place has nice stalls, bath houses and camping areas. Just make sure you stop and get plenty of supplies before getting there. This place is off the grid and miles from the nearest store.

We had planned to bring our own horses to another event in the area but we thought it would be better to check out the venues before we did all that. Our land in FL is pretty flat so we wanted to see how technical the trails were.

The staff was excellent! They allowed us to hike a bit after they explained the fees for their organized rides. We also toured the camp ground and found it to be accommodating. The spots don't have water hookups but there are water stations close.

You have access to 5000 acres of wooded trails which hold runs of history and secrets. Yes! A river runs thru it! Beautiful business with professional staff. Farrier and vet on site during organized rides, small gift shop with some tack.

We had a great time. Our trail boss was Bob Taylor. He knows the trail well. He gave us helpful information on where he was going to take us and all that. I was pleasantly surprised that each trail was more challenging than the one before it.
Really enjoyed the week. It rained alot while we were there, but all in all, it was great fun!

Best place ever! Love the live bands and the food. Every one you meet is so nice and friendly. George and Rita are the photographers and they have been my friends for a long time. They took my senior photos and they turned out great. Breakfast lunch and dinner are served so you are never hungry. Buffalo is just such a great experience
