I have been shopping at Burch’s since our move from the South to the PNW. Their selection of shoes is highly curated to be comfortable, warm and dry to hold up to our moderately wet and chilly climate in the winter. Their active shoes for walking, hiking, running and boating in the summer are equally reliable. Staff is knowledgeable and will help you with the fit and follow up their product with a great return policy. I’ve never had to use their return policy because their shoes LAST! The shoes I have purchased have been a wise investment. Thanks, Burch’s, for my new shoe wardrobe! You have a great business model.

I was looking for a pair of shoes to work in a kitchen (which required a lot of different things to fit into dress/safety code) and was having a hard time finding what I needed. An employee here, I think a manager, went above and beyond to help me find the right size and right requirements based on what I needed for my uniform. He happily helped me find something in my size and price range from the back, and I really appreciated the time and effort he put in to make sure I found the right shoes. I will definitely be coming back!

Such a nice store!! We are so spoiled to have a shoe store this nice and with the best customer service you will ever experience these days!!! Makes you feel like “there’s still hope”. They still measure your feet!!! I was helped by Jered and have purchased shoes from him at the outlet(so happy I found where he landed). He ordered in some shoes for me to try and I hope they feel as amazing as the service!!!

I haven’t been to a shoe store like this in so so long. They have a lot of styles and brands to choose from they are on the more expensive end, but customer service and good quality shoes I can’t complain they were great and I definitely recommend coming here I had a great shopping experience.

So impossible to comfortably shop there when the employees act like sharks with blood in the water. Even after saying you don't want any help they follow you section to section repeatedly offering to assist. Go. Away. So. I. Can. Shop. Lady. I'll just shop elsewhere.

The best shoe store my shoes were coming apart on the soles and had them glued 4 times when I went in they gave me a new pair and a newer version of what I had thank you so much Burch's I will always buy from them

I visited the store today with my son. He wears a 14 w and finding shoes has been so difficult. I don’t know if he has ever had a proper fitting shoe UNTIL today!!! We received the best customer service ever from a very helpful and friendly lady, Kate!! I was very impressed with her knowledge, stellar customer service, and ability to send us out the door with two great shoes that fit. Thank you Kate and Burch’s.
