Buen servicio de alquiler. Fuimos atendidos muy cordialmente en boxes de a dos. Eramos un grupo de 10 y todo estuvo bien. Lo malo es que No tienen servicio de guarderia para los equipos y debes llevartelos o buscar guarderia en otro lugar. Al lado del local hay un rental de lockers pero son chicos, solo para botas o zapatos y bolsos. La ubicación es excelente.

We rented our ski equipment from here and they did a good job with properly fitting us. They are also very helpful with fixing any issues that arise. There is a valet that will store your skis for you and lockers too. With an Epic pass, you get 20% of ski rentals and food at the canyons.

I will NOT return to this business and will make my best effort to avoid any future visits to Vail Resorts/Park City. After advance booking my demo ski package early December. On arrival to the shop, rather than the shop employee look up my printed confirmation, they drafted a new sale for this pre-paid rental. I was under the impression I was signing for my deposit on the equipment. After my visit and reviewing my statement, I found the duplicate charge. I reached out to both Vail Resorts and Canyon Mountain Sports and got nowhere. I was left to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Each time I disputed, Vail Resorts kicked my claim back to my credit card company. Seeing that the vendor would rather not concede that the customer is right, I have no choice but to leave this review. Never will I step foot there again.

Skis here are worn and tore up. When I asked if they had a better pair, the 2 ladies began to make snide remarks in Spanish.. not knowing I could understand them. Just rude. Bad product and bad service. The only positive is location. I would not rent here again.

The staff was very helpful and easy going. The manager on duty was very helpful. BUT the equipment was used and abused. It was definitely holdover from the previous season. If I pay for and reserve demo equipment I would expect to have decent equipment. I asked for something better and was told that’s all they have. The website says ‘latest premium skis’, this is far from the truth. Vail resorts you can do better!!!!

We have rented from here for multiple ski trips over the past couple of years and always had good quality gear with the demo package. However, this time was different. The skis were beaten and had epoxy marks all over. The boots are not taken care of as well, and as the day goes on, they loosen immensly. Seemingly, many other people also reserved the demo package, which would cause such a supply issue. However, the quality of the gear even when we had a choice did not match the definition of "demo package." To be given 2-3 season old equipment when you expect newer equipment is highly disappointing. Overall, the staff was nice, but it was obvious that the care of the equipment is lackluster. If such problems continue, I would recommend renting elsewhere.

Overall good rental place with minimal wait time and nice staff. They had screwdrivers to fix snowboard bindings if needed. Selection of demos is somewhat limited but they upgraded a pair of performance skis for free for us on our last day of skiing. Cheaper to book in advance by at least 1 day. Also we didn’t know this as they didn’t tell us, but you can store your skis and boots next door nightly for free in the ski valet so you don’t have to walk with them each day.

Do not rent from this place. We rented from here and for starters my husband was fitted with 2 different sized straps on his bindings. My mom, dad and I are all different height and weight and all had the same length skis, it’s clear they don’t customize at all. On top of that, on my mom’s first day skiing she had a terrible accident and broke her leg in 3 places. We went to return her and my dad’s gear and let them know that they would not be needing the remaining 3 days. They let us know that it would be fine and we would get reimbursed, to just reach out.

We heard from them a few days after getting home because they accused my husband of never returning his boots. We had to email back and forth with them multiple times and asked them to check their camera footage which showed my husband walking out in socks after returning his boots. After several emails accusing us of not returning his boots they “found them”. At that point we responded to remind them that we had still not received the refund for my parents rental and since then the assistant manager, Daniel Silkowski, has completely stopped responding (it’s been almost 2 weeks and we have followed up 3 times). This place is disorganized and the equipment is terrible.
