Was told that I would be approved for assistance to get into a new place since I was facing homelessness just to be told I am over income by 2$ and they couldn’t help me in any way. I am pregnant (32 weeks) and a single mom of a 6 year old but they can’t help?

I'm only putting a star cause they won't let you post without something. They're a Horrible company they're name only matters if your homeless AND disabled they really don't "care" about helping anyone else struggling. What a garbage company

Called an spoke to Shelly about my situation an was very caring an helpful. I came to Tillamook to visit my mother an she wanted me to stay an I told her I don't want to an she decided she wanted to kick me out. I don't know anyone here in Tillamook an I've only been here 1 months an a half..I already have plans on returning back to Phoenix Arizona an let my mother know this an she wanted to just throw me out in the rain an cold. SMH I'm so lost an feel so helpless but Shelly made me feel like everything will be ok. She told me if I want to come down they can help me out so I don't know what to do because I'm still in my room an my mom hasn't told me to leave yet but if she does I'm scared of the situation smh 😭

Will not help,keep calling and all they say is call back again shelter is always dirty run down,bed bugs they force you to groups even if you have to work,then they lie and say your smoking weed when your not,your not helping people.

Wonderful employees, very caring and helpful..
I just moved here and had unforseen cost's. I was embarrassed to ask for help, but they let me know it was their pleasure to help me..
I went in with a nervous and heavy heart, but I left smiling with new friend's.
