Estuve de visita en la tienda el martes , y estuve buscando una chamarra para la lluvia, no sabía por cuál color decirme ? Ya que todas las chamarras están muy bonitos los colores. Y Katia , supo cómo ayudarme a decir el color , gracias katia , por tu amabilidad y ayuda.

My son and I were looking for a very specific backpack (it's rain resistant), and we didn't want to have to order it online. We finally found out about this location and drove over to see if they had it, and they did. The staff that helped us was also very amazing, wonderfully helpful, and had an amazing personality. It made the shopping experience much better, especially when we had been struggling to find the backpack in other retail stores. We were able to be in and out quickly.

Drove about an hour to get an exchange from an online order. It was a gift and I didn’t have the order number and we weren’t able to figure out for certain what was paid for the items. In the end I was able to return them and order the exact items in a smaller size at no cost shipped to me. Although I do wish Carhartt would have a better online exchange policy (you’re a clothing store), I was helped very graciously and it made the 2 hour round trip worth it. Hard to get good customer service these days. PS - Carhartt, open a store in Springfield

Great store and great staff. I ordered a jacket for my son online. Discovered it was larger than what he needed. Called and talk with the store clerk who helped me with returning the jacket in store and she even recommended a couple of replacement choices. A week later finally got to the store and was greeted with great staff (Riley) who helped us in the return and purchasing new jacket. Thank you to the Keizer Carhartt Store.

I just have to give a major shout out to an associate named Teata. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me to find what I wanted. Her service was exemplary, particularly during a busy season like the holidays, and is the very reason I would come back to the store instead of shopping online.
