When my wife and I decided it was time to go big and order a completely new raft and related outfitting we turned to Cascade River Gear to make it happen. Angela, Max, and Cascade River Gear crew have been great to work with. It takes some time to get everything dialed when making a purchase this big, and they were a big help along the way. Had a couple of shipping mix-ups, but CRG hopped right on it and bent over backwards to get me what I needed as fast as possible., even with all the supply chain issues during COVID-19. Will be patronizing Cascade River Gear for many years to come.

Building out a raft set up couldn't have been easier with the help of the team at CRG! Great customer service. I went in today to exchange a speaker I bought for the middle fork, it got a little beat up on the trip and worked until the ride home when it started to bug out. They swapped the speaker out with minimal interrogation. Thanks for the easy process. The speaker is awesome, glad they replaced it with one that will function properly.
