They actually measure your foot for the perfect fit. It's also a harness shop, custom made leather accessories. Top of the line products and services.

Hands down the best shoe store you can go to. In the heart of Berlin Ohio. Parking is a bit limited, but you can figure it out. The sheer magnitude of choice of footwear, boots for anything, sandals, flip flops, clothing for normal to intense outdoor activities. Hand-made belts that they will custom cut and punch in holes right there. They also have tack and riding supplies. Wallets, bags, and the choices will amaze you. The customer service they have here should be taught to other stores. The entire staff is so on point to help you with anything. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time going anywhere else except here to buy your shoes. Even if you have to drive over an hour, go here!!!!!!!! The selection is truly mind blowing. If your looking for farm, work or cowboy boots you will be in paradise. The tennis shoe or running or hiking heck anything selection is astonishing. Hands down best shoe store ever. Go here and nowhere else

I love this place. Amish owned and the employees are Amish. I occasionally have a sore foot. The last time it happened I went to a podiatrist. He took an x-ray and sent me to rehab. I spent weeks picking up marbles with my toes and being put on a Tens machine. It did no good for me at all. Eventually, it went away. Here it is years later, and my foot is sore again. I figured that the Amish are always looking for a cure or a way to fix a problem without going to a doctor. He had a selection of inserts for shoes. I told him about my problem. He suggested one. My foot is much better now. It felt better the minute I put these inserts into my shoes. This is not your typical shoe store.

The store was exactly what it purported to be. It was a beautifully appointed leather-goods store that smelled wonderful. An amazing inventory of high quality products of all types focused mostly on work and outdoors. But also a great selection of footwear related items like Sox, etc. I think they also offered some repair services. They did have some clothing items. I picked up a fully lined flannel shirt for $20. But the price on a lot of shoes was high. But given the amount of folks that need heavy duty work footwear, I am sure they know what price the market will bear. I'll go back. You never know when a good deal will pop up.

Charm Harness & Boot in Charm, OH, was a hidden gem we stumbled upon by chance. Originally, we were supposed to be in Key West, but Hurricane Milton derailed those plans, so we decided to tour Ohio Amish Country instead. While leaving one stop, our GPS took us down a back road to avoid traffic—maybe it was divine intervention—because it led us to the charming little village of Charm, OH.

The town had multiple shops and a festival in full swing. Charm Harness & Boot stood out with its great prices. Although we didn’t make a purchase, we overheard just how friendly and helpful the staff were. If you're exploring Ohio Amish Country, make sure to add Charm to your list—you won't regret it!
