Very helpful and efficient on getting done what I needed ASAP always have a more than willing to help staff even though it's changed a lot quick service even when there is a line front desk staff efficient and multitask quite well even when new caseworkers are always available and are understanding of your availability to speak one on one with them even though their caseloads are nonstop and ongoing

They appeared bothered with me. Were talking amongst themselves and said it was lunch time. I have worked all my life. I don't want help if I don't need it. I have a growth on my head and need it looked at. No insurance. I just want help with medical expenses. They act like I was trying to take money out of their pockets.

Never seen such professional misconduct coming from a state agency in my life!! Had a bogus caseworker (Lipe) have me trespassed for raising my voice because she unlawfully gained access and control over documents that she had no business seeing from the SSA. Lipe takes HIPPA violations to the next level. Then erroneously calls TPD on me for getting loud and voicing my opinion about her unlawfully and unethical conduct against me and my family! Their behavior and attitude towards clients make me wish they would permanently close this office down! They violate your civil rights and then talk about you behind your back. Never trust anyone DHS worker at this office! They turn on you and are rude as rude can get!
PS- Keep good records of your case also. They all like to lie and say they didn’t get documents that were sent in to them!!

EDIT: At approximately 3:30 PM on 02/16/23, my wife went into this office and 3 separate women screamed at my wife claiming she’s banned from property! What a joke of low class idiots

I felt like a bum before I went. The lady that helped me explained to me that things happen to good people!!! That made me feel a lot better about my situation. I have never been this down before in my 47 years on this Earth. So she gave me hope in a hopeless situation. All I can say is thanks for the support!!!! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a lot of credit. Thanks for the motel room because I was homeless and had no place to go and very hungry!!! I so pray to God that I run into all who helped me after I get back on my feet once again to show who I really am!!!!!

This is the worst office I have ever dealt with they refuse to answer the phones and I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my link this is ridiculous why do they have people at the front desks if they don't do there job and simply answer a phone.
