My wife and I have purchased 6 pair of boots from Jay Kelly’s City Ranch Boots. 3 pair of Elephant, 2 pair of Ostrich and 1 pair of Nile Crocodile. In addition my wife bought a beautiful emerald green Stingray clutch. Each purchase has been a wonderful experience which is attributable to both the exceptionally high quality of the boots and the top-notch customer service we received from Jay Kelly. 3 pair of our boots were made from scratch and we thoroughly enjoyed picking out our own skins and designing them with Jay’s assistance. The other 3 boots were boots Jay had on the floor of his gorgeous showroom that we just had to take home with us. Our first boots were bought back in 2019 and our most recent pair were a pair of black ostrich I bought for a formal event this past weekend. Over the years I have enjoyed getting to know Jay and his wife, Terry Ann, who is the founder and president of a national student ministry called Students Standing Strong. Jay’s 30+ years as an importer of exotic animal skins from around the world for the boot industry have really allowed me to become much more knowledgeable about what makes a good pair of boots. We are honored to know and work with them. We are also proud to have City Ranch Boots headquartered in our hometown of Waco, Tx.

I am so happy with City Ranch Boot. I had planned on checking out their store earlier in the day, but was running behind. When I finally did arrive it was almost closing time so I was trying to be quick. Jay was there, was patient, and took the time to show me around.
