Went in today with my 2 toddlers to get feet measured for new shoes, Young man was dealing with another customer which is fair enough so we waited, then another customer come in and are immediately seen for shoe sizing by a young woman. We where completely ignored by the young woman, walked right past us to put the foot measuing tool away, the young man was finished with the other customer so I tried to get his attention and he walked away. Bad customer service and refuse to spend money in a shop where the staff can't even acknowledge a customer waiting to be seen.

Lots of shoes to choose from but not many styles. They do at least sell shoes, not trainers. Good prices. Well lit store with wide aisles

Not happy with the person who measured my granddaughter's feet. "They're not the best fit, but they'll do," Eh! no thank you, when you spend a lot of money on shoes for a child, you expect them to be a perfect fit and for the fitter to have better knowledge of children's growing feet!

Angels was excellent and helped me choose my daughters first shoes. Without her I don’t think I would’ve picked the correct pair of shoes! She was very knowledgeable about shoes for children. I will be asking for her help again for my next shoes! Thank you so much

I purchased a pair of shoes but had to return them a week later seeking to exchange them for a style that fitted me better. The Manager was extremely helpful in facilitating the exchange by sourcing several styles and sizes to help me select a suitable pair of shoes. A fuss free and pleasant experience, where I traded up to a more expensive style of shoe. I've shopped in this store since it first opened, and have always found the staff to be very helpful in sourcing shoes for me. The range available, the competitive prices and the Clarks brand are a big draw for me, in shopping in this store.

Most recent visit was to get my daughter and my neice (both 1 year old) measured. The young man that helped us was amazing. So patient and very knowledgeable.
