I’ve been renting or buying from Claude’s for a couple years now. I bought my set of skis here and I rent my kids skis from here. The kids skis are awesome. They worked so well and my kid learned to ski in just 1 day. The boots and skis were perfect for her and the service here has always been top notch. Don’t rent at the resorts, the skis here are better and cheaper to rent. Skip the long lines at the resorts and rent here.

Terrible selection. They have no outerwear or baselayers for adults, I remember when this store had everything you needed. Sad to see where it is today

I had been to numerous snow stores in search of comfortable, durable and style snow bibs. I had a wonderful young lady named Grace help me. She was knowledgeable about fabrics and warranty of brands. But more than anything she was so patient with me! I am super specific about my stuff and Grace exceeded customer service standards... thanks for helping me Grace and your love for helping people and the outdoors is radiant.

The store was stocked well, friendly staff. Prices were good and staff is very knowledgeable.

This place is great! I had been shopping for a few weeks and knew what I wanted. I looked at a lot of places in South East Idaho and Utah. My friend Rick took me in and I bought some new skis:bindings. They gave me a great discount and I left very happy. The staff was knowledgeable. Ed the owner is a very friendly guy and I don’t believe he’s been rude to any customers.

Dan is hands down the best at fixing your gear. Had a terrible delamination and bent in rail after board fell and edge hit concrete hard 2 years ago. Dan fixed it and made it look literally perfect. This was on my baby a first edition Lib Tech Orca. I picked her up today after a pre-season wax, it is still going strong, and ready for another season. It blows my mind still to this day how clean of a repair he was able to do. I wont go anywhere else now.

The owner helped us make an informed decision on what snow boards to pick as beginners to the sport. Picked out a great set of boards and bindings. They had a good selection to choose from. Definitely worth checking them out if you’re in the market for a new board or even rentals.

Great customer service, some spicy good deals, helpful rental staff. Be careful with how long you spend in here though. I ended up talking in baby voice to the two front door bouncers for about 30 minutes and my family ended up leaving me.
