After receiving a $1200 water bill I called because the claimed I used over 118k gallons of reclaimed water to have a technician to come out to my house and speak to me. I waited all day and called back again just to speak to someone who was rude and unprofessional. She guaranteed me the technician was on his way. I waited again and no one showed up. After the holiday weekend I called back to get the technician out here. I was told he showed up and I had no leaks. They couldn’t tell me when he showed up or how he determined I didn’t have a leak. I was told to hire an irrigation specialist! I received no help, no technician spoke to me and I don’t believe he showed up because he would see half my lawn burnt. They are completely useless and I still have to pay over $1200.

We had a main H2O line break in our Heritage Hills community on Aug 4 2025《CG B DAY Aug 4 1790》. City responded in less then 30 minutes. All professional, polite, etc. KUDOS to Fred, Connor, Mark, Josh, n Jonas. I HAVE video of this if needed. These folks need a round of applause from all of us. I was just reading all the terrible reviews and who knows, they could be accurate, but I called at the end of the day and quickly got two different departments. No issues with rudeness or anything. Also super smooth when I initially set things up. So I could just be lucky or perhaps a lot of the people calling were just super stressed because of leaks or in some cases delinquency. I’m gonna add to this review if things go sideways so we’ll see

Read the reviews! This company is just ripping off consumers. 70+ year old woman had a metered irrigation (recycled sewer water) leak - unbeknownst to her. They charged her $1000 and threatened to put a lien on her house if she didn't pay. Criminal rip-off at it's finest! Time to get the Attorney General involved!

Made a payment before noon on a business day. Website says as long as its paid before 3pm water gets turned on the same day. Instead they did nothing and left me and 2 young kids with out water all weekend during a heat wave. Great customer service 👍

This is one of the WORST, POORLY ran companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! The staff is minimal and very RUDE! Everytime I have called them in the past 4 years no matter who I have gotten they have no patience, it seems like you're bothering them, it takes them forever to get back to you and they never accommodate you the way that they should, this is a privately owned company that should be doing their best to accommodate the people who are paying for them on a monthly basis! They are absolutely horrible to deal with! The staff is very poorly trained and Management is not much better...

Not a service that assists you with if you are going through difficult times. All they care about is getting your money. We had a leak outside our house for 2 months while we were away. We ended up paying a bill for $600.00 because if we didn’t, they’d put a lean on our house.
