My sister passed away. I did not get to the hotel until 1 am in the morning. The desk attendant was waiting for me when I arrived and quickly got me checked in.

The following day I did some shopping and realized the refrigerator was not working g properly. The attendant on duty that morning quickly got me in another room and settled.

During my 8 day stay, I found the staff to be professional and understanding as a few of them had known my sister.

Both rooms were very clean, and with the exception of a few guests that liked to let doors slam, it was quiet most of the stay.

I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is an oasis in rural northcentral Iowa. The room was clean, well-kept, and had all that was needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was much more than a continental breakfast with a nice variety of items to choose from. It was the perfect stop.

We came to town just for the night, arrived a little late in the evening. The woman who checked us in was very nice and gave us some ideas what was still open to eat at.
The next morning, the breakfast was good - typical breakfast buffet style. The room was large and very clean.
The only small issue is not having a receipt of our stay e-mailed to us. We were going to get one when we checked out, but no one was available at the desk when we left. A minor issue.
Still a great place to stay very convenient to town.

Very nice and very clean. The decor was nice, and i liked the carpet as well.Only issue I had was breakfast was to be till 10, I got there at 935 and it was pretty much gone and at 945 they started packing it up. Oh well. I would absolutely stay there again!

When we walked into the hotel, we felt like we were in a big city! The lounge area was inviting and beautiful. The rooms were quiet, comfy, clean, everything up to date. The staff was friendly, nice breakfast…simply a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Nice clean hotel! Friendliest checkin person I’ve encountered after several other hotel stays at other places. Great breakfast at 5am, good variety. Only complaint was the floors must be super thin or we had a very large group/person above us. Could here ever footstep.
