Huge thank you to Brian, Kirin, and Red for accommodating a shuttle request to Alpine on our last day in town! All of you were so awesome, kind, and helpful. That ride was the highlight of our entire trip to Oregon. We already want to fast forward to next spring so we can come back! These trails are stunning.

Cogwild in Oakridge is the perfect blend of small-town community feel (I actually rode with the owner on my shuttle) and white knuckle stoke (all three routes of Hardesty, Lawler, and Dead Mountain had stoke for literal miles). Book your shuttle. You won’t be disappointed.

Can’t recommend doing a shuttle with Cogwild in Oakridge enough. Punctual, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took our whole riding experience up a notch, not to mention provided the opportunity to meet some great people.

Good clean fun! We were in Oakridge for a long weekend and were lucky enough to ride these amazing trails. Cog Wild made a great experience even better. Booking was easy and the guides and owner were super friendly and full of local knowledge. The bistro at the headquarters is delicious and has a great selection of cold drinks to choose from. Just book those shuttles now. You won’t regret it…

They don’t answer their phone. We called several times to ask about booking, recommendations, and to see if they had a bike pump, and they don’t pick up.

Ended up doing the alpine ride, which was great. Of note, the shuttle drops you at the bottom of lower alpine which they said was due to the fires though there were no signs or obvious road closures. We booked about 4 miles up the road that was “closed” to the top of upper alpine.

Van was good though and driver was nice.

Eugene and Brian were the best! Good fun and laughs over 3 full days. The riding was challenging but they kept it within all our ability levels. Absolutely beautiful country and great guides to show it all.

It was the first time riding Oakridge for me and my son and we had a great time. The shuttles worked great for us to ride Hardesty and then Lawler. Our driver Brian was really friendly and very knowledgeable about the trails in the area.
