These guys are awesome and very knowledgeable about their products. They were able to find a kydex mag/cuff holder when no one else could. Heck, they even had it in stock! Every other place would've had to order it and it take over a week to come in. Love that embroidered name plates are finished so quickly. Much better alternative to Galls (formerly known ad Cruise's)

Some of the best people I’ve ever met, Best prices you will find, and quality products. Had a slight manufacturer error and Dewey cleared it right up and got me what I needed for my order. Would definitely recommend Conway Tactical for all your uniform and supply needs.

Walked in to see about a holster. And they were very friendly and informative. I will be getting a custom drop leg holster. From these guys. And they had many products in stock that Google couldn't find in stock online.

Great place but they need to get more inventory. It's imperative that since they are the only store like this for miles that they have what you're looking for when you visit. They lost some of my business due to out of stock items and unwillingness to order me specialty items before paying; so I just ordered them off of the internet and got them 2 days later instead. If I have to pay and wait I'm going to pay less and/or wait less. Meaning, I purchased my items elsewhere for cheaper and got them faster. I don't mind paying a bit extra to have them right then and there but in this case you just lost money for no good reason. I don't believe sitting on an item (if in some sort of realm I didn't want to buy what I just said I want to buy) is that detrimental to your business. Besides most of us are LEOs or COs and would find use of what I wanted anyway.. However. . . Lost business is, in fact, detrimental to any company. If a customer knows they get paid in a week and would like to order something to purchase in that said week so that there is essentially no wait time I believe it shouldn't be an issue unless it's over a certain amount. Considering my request was less than $100± I think it was a bad call. I still love this store and will continue to come. I'm just surprised this hasn't proven problematic for them before.. Perhaps it has but went unsaid so nothing changed. Perhaps this is what it takes to make a business better.

First time visiting the new location, it's a nice set up with lots of selection. Dewey's is good people and he will take care of you.
