Fair pricing, friendly, fast!
I came in for an emergency repair on my Nick's Hotshots wildland firefighting boots.
The gentleman there told me ten to fifteen minutes and handed my boots back to me in 5!
Very pleased, guy was a life saver!
Will continue to use this place from here on out!

He was supposed to reglue the soles onto the shoe. The soles were coming apart before I even left the store so he sewed them onto the shoe for me. I wore the boots for one day and the strings of where he sewed the soles on are coming out. He was also supposed to clean the shoes but it doesn’t look like that has been done. I dropped off another pair of shoes before I left but I’m hoping that I can pick those up before he ruins those too.

Alan is the best.

I've brought him my shoes for a few years now and he's refurbished them a couple of times. They look great, and I get 'new' shoes every few years at a fraction of the price. It's not easy to find talented cobblers in this area, and man am I glad these guys do good work.

I'll continue supporting this local business - I hope they're around for a long time.

Poor quality of service. They repaired a pair of leather work boots, and one of the lug soles came completely off the 1st day of work (while on a wildfire). I took the boots back for 2nd repair, he had forgotten to sew the sole on the boot. He repaired a second time, and they were a size smaller than when I took them , no longer fit. I would not waste my time to take them back a 3rd time, will go some place else,-the $ 56 repair bill was eaten, the nostalgic boots were discarded

My husband had his boots repaired at Crafty Cobbler several months ago and they didn't fit quite right. We took them by today, they checked them, found the problem, and fixed it at no charge 15 minutes later. Now his boots fit better than when they were new. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service.

I am so disappointed with this business. I feel that it is very unprofessional that they are not and have not given their customers the respect of answering the phone or having someone at the store to return the customers property. I dropped of several items 3 months ago and paid for them to be fixed but, till this day they have not tried to resolve this problem. The last time that I was there and tried to pick up my property a young man stated to me that he was an employee and he was waiting on a package to come to store from UPS. Which did not make since to me . He also went on to say that they were changing owners and the new owner did not have an EIN number so that he was not allowed to open to take any money for services or to do any business transactions of any kind. If that was or is the case then why not open and give the customers such as myself that have already paid for their property to be fixed and return their proerty to them. I am one that does not get into other's business but, at this point I feel that we all deserve better treatment from this business because many such as myself trusted that the work would be done and our property returned to us upon the agreed date of pick up. I feel that at this point I have no other choice but to seek legal council at this point.
