The best customer service I've had in years! I was uncertain about the sizing of a jacket. I emailed the store and they replied speedily with information on the sizing.
Prior to sending it out, they were concerned that the sizing came up small, so a member of staff kindly put the jacket on and they sent me a photo. They waited for my confirmation that I was still happy to go ahead before posting it out. Despite my late email, it arrived the next day. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.
A great team, extremely competitive prices, excellent communication, speedy delivery and incredible attention to detail.

This is an amazing shop. They work to find something that suits your needs. There’s no product push and certainly they stay you towards Beth Valley for money rather than the most expensive item. Super friendly super helpful and a lovely experience.

I went in to the shop in March, after discovering that Decathlon had removed their skiing section (before the end of the season!) There was still a decent selection of kids’ ski gear in the shop and Jon helped my son choose a helmet and goggles, socks, thermals and gloves. However, as my son was only 3, there wasn’t much in his size in terms of ski trousers/jackets or all in ones. Jon really kindly offered me a pair of his own child’s salopettes that had never been worn and were outgrown. He wouldn’t accept anything in return for them. I was blown away by his kindness. Thank you so much. It is always such a pleasure to come across a business that is run by a genuinely lovely human. We will be back for more ski gear as my kids grow!

I have passed this shop many times and today was my first visit. I needed boots and knew what I wanted in terms of fit and feel. I was offered some assistance from a member of staff who could not have been more helpful, knowledgable and patient with me. I came away with exactly what I needed.

Brilliant service with great insight and fab stock (from all I could tell). Anna (who served me) could not have been better in terms of knowing her stuff and spending loads of time giving me loads of options (it was end of the day so the shop wasn’t busy - and as an independent they’re not gonna have loads of staff if it’s busy - but I’ve recently visited Cotswolds in central Edinburgh and they seemed pretty light staffed for such a central location anyway).
Am not local - but when next I’m needing to invest in good kit then I’ll definitely be back to get the in person service from these guys n gals.
