I needed to figure out how to both read my bills on line as well as regularly see my water usage via the "Eye On Water" feature that CV Water offers. After some frustrating tech issues with password resets and access issues, I called Cross Valley hoping for some help. I found the person who answered to be wonderful ... they were patient and careful to make sure that I not only knew how to access both billing and usage, but what information I could gain with each. The 'Eye On Water' feature is amazing ... and provides a wealth of information as well as text notifications if you are having any water leaks. It was very informative and I can't say enough about how helpful this person was. Sometimes we're all in a hurry for a fast answer to something more complicated that meets the eye. After 45 minutes of super help, I had not only my tech related questions answered, but found out about some very informative new information available to me. Great job Cross Valley! Thank you.

Worst utility company I’ve ever had. If you are moving here, be prepared to pay your bills like it’s 1997. Absolutely Abysmal online system, autopay fails twice a year and will then shut off your water instead of simply calling you to ask for the money. “reactivating” costs a fee—bunch of rats

I just had a very quick and friendly call with customer service to get signed up and moved in. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews but I'm new. I can say that the onboarding call was friendly and helpful. She said "welcome to the neighborhood!" and meant it. I hope I don't end up seeing what others have reported!

Worst water company I have worked with. They’re equipment and water systems are outdated and Falling apart. My water preasure is 35 psi. It used to be 26psi. Making payments is Not user friendly. They Charge 300 a year to be connected to the system. Constantly trying to hit you with fees. Setting up auto payments is not easy. I don’t even know if it’s allowed. If you have another choice take it

Great water pressure and friendly customer service. Maintenance request was fulfilled in less than 8 hours! I wish the website would allow setting up auto pay but otherwise no issues so far.

Their online payment website is totally garbage. They ask you 1000 questions regarding your bank information every single month when you pay your bill. If you enter anything wrong by a single character, bang! 30 dollar payment rejection fee! Total rip off.

Spring of 2017 I had to take over my mother’s utility bills. The people at Cross Valley were ever so helpful to get the bill into the name of my mother’s estate and send me the bills. While I would have liked for them to just turn the water off and stop billing, they were not able to do this. Yet, they cooperated with me to the extent they were able, and I am grateful.

Our thanks to the crew(s) who took care of the water leak near our meter on Interurban Blvd recently. The water streaming down our driveway eroded channels in our gravel and spread it all over the asphalt apron. I wasn't looking forward to cleaning it up, but figured I'd be stuck with it.

Instead when I got home the following evening the apron was swept clean and some new gravel had been placed in the driveway. I never had to say a word. "Wow," is about all I can say. Well done.
