It has been a great experience so far. Every time I call and have a question they always have an answer for me or try and reach whoever knows the correct answer. Everyone in the company is nice a polite when conversating. My technician who installed my water softener and reverse osmosis was very thorough in everything he did. His work was nice and clean and looked and worked fantastic. I had questions in regard to my reverse osmosis system and Cameron, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even gave me added information on my system and explained everything in layman’s terms making it so much easier

I am very satisfied with the quality and long life of products: we have had a softener and reverse osmosis drinking water filter for over 20 years, and they keep working well. service is reliable: service technicians come to our home on schedule, replace filters and check the system when requested in 1 or 2 year intervals.

Give them a 2 star only die to the technician being very nice and pleasant to speak to. Unfortunately he looked at my non culligan water softener for about 5 minutes and stated it needed replaced. He also stated our main water valve was broken, which i thought was odd because I used it to turn off the water a week ago. Check the valve and was able to shut the water off completely with a little extra effort. So that then made me question his judgement on meed water softener replaced. I ended up removing a salt block and seems to be working now. A little extra time saved me $4,000. Seemed like he just wanted to sell a new unit because it was the easier option.
