I was skeptical as i have been through multiple boots over the past 8 years and have never found a pair of boots that fit just rite. Foot pain has limited sking to half days. First day in dale boots was amazing. Skied all day and felt amazing. I truly understand what they mean by Cinderella fit. I wish I had done it sooner. You won't regret it.

I would not be skiing at all if it weren't for investing in a pair of boots from DaleBoot a couple of years ago. My ankle bones protrude a bit more than most, and every boot I tried, either purchased or rented, resulted in excruciating pain after a couple of hours of skiing. That pain would linger for days. Returning to ski the next day was simply beyond possible with those other boots. Now I can ski painlessly as often as I want. These boots are the best skiing investment I've ever made.

My feet are HIGH MAINTENANCE! My 2hr scheduled fitting took 4.5 hours. Lucas stayed late to help me! They didn't hurt on my first day out on them, but they got me in within a week to adjust them again. The unlimited lifetime adjustments are great, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind.

Some of the best boots you can buy. If you've never had custom boots, you should try them. It might up your ski game! Also the staff is great. I only wish they kept your laser measurements on file in the event that you gain or lose weight or just need new liners.

My Daleboots are by far the best ski boots I have ever owned. They are the most comfortable snow sports boots I have tried(that includes snowboard boots). The side rivets fell out but I contacted their support and they have been amazing and very accommodating. Probably the best customer support experience I have ever had. As a ski instructor knowing I have comfortable well build boots as well as amazing customer service gives me one less thing to worry about.

Great people to deal with. Recently ordered my 3rd set of boots from them. I took the mail order approach because getting out to the factory was not in the cards for this year. I sent out the measurements and tracings needed. The boots fit well and the follow up contacts helped dial in the fitting. They stand by their products with great support. The picture shows the 2023 boots next to the 1993 boots. The older boots were upgraded and updated by Daleboots a few times over the years.

Love Love Love my DaleBoots!! Skied 38 days this season and never even think about my boots. Got them in 2017 and never looked back.

I have hardware in my ankle and the worst part of skiing was always putting on my boots and taking my boots off. I literally would cry at the end of the day in the parking lot. DaleBoots listened, and designed these boots perfectly for me.

Having them checked and adjusted next week just in case.

I’ve been skiing for many years and have had several different boots. Even though my boots had custom footbeds and other customized features, none of them were perfectly comfortable. A friend suggested I get boots from Dale.

Dale customizes the footbeds, the liners AND the boot itself. Their boots are designed specifically for each person’s unique foot. Their knowledge about the mechanics of the foot, ankle, etc., is impressive.

My boots are so comfortable and I immediately saw an improvement in my skiing. Additionally, I was able to ski longer because my feet weren’t hurting! I owe many future ski seasons to Dave, Caden and Cooper! Thank you all for creating my first comfortable boot!!

Feb 23 update… 1 year later: I love my boots but was having trouble with the fit of one of them. Caden was so helpful! He listened intentionally and made the adjustments that were needed. We spent some time making changes. I haven’t been back to Ski but can tell you that the level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction is incredible
