After 7 years my boots were needing retirement. The lady at DiPrimas was very friendly and assisted me right away. She recognized the design of my old boots and quickly grabbed the same brand. I was fitted and paying in less than 15 minutes. If you need work boots you must visit DiPrima's in Cartersville. Experts in their knowledge and will make certain you well cared for.

Finally decided to check out Diprimas after hearing so much about the selection, drove 40 minutes, only to find empty shelves. The girl there said the store was closing, and all their work boots were at Rome or Calhoun, told her sure would have been nice to know before I drove 40 minutes, she just chuckled.

Went back today to return shoes from xmas present and was told it was past 30 days so couldn’t return. I explained that I had the gift receipt and had not been able to come sooner due to family emergency in NC. Woman (Manager) said that you have to return in 14 days for refund and can only exchange within 30. I explained that I wasn’t looking for a refund but store credit so that I could select something else because the shoes didn’t fit and I couldn’t wear them. She Still refused. I Asked if anyone else could help and she said it is a family store and that’s “just the way it is”! I told her my daughter had ovarian cancer surgery and I was back and forth to NC and again asked if there was another person / owner I could ask because I can’t even wear the shoes. She said I could ask the Calhoun store but they will tell me the same thing. Can’t believe they have such a bad policy in place!!!

Hate to see this location closing down. They always had quality shoes at fair prices. Got some really good deals at their moving sale. Now we'll just have to go shopping in Rome or Calhoun to take advantage of their good deals.

Wish I would've read these earlier. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!! While you will find a decent selection, they are ridiculous on their return policy if you've ever bought/worn work boots you know you DON'T get a true representation of the fit in the store. You need to walk around. Well, they refuse to accept a return. I've bought 3 pair of the same shoe from here and never had an issue. Until i ran into a boot that didn't feel good. Because i wore them ONE DAY, they're not dirty, they won't even exchange them for a different boot because they say they can sell them. CUSTOMER LOST!!!!

I had no idea that there was a ten day return policy. I came in when the store opened and they said that I could only get a store credit. I explained that I had been sick and although I did not know the policy I couldn’t have come sooner. I asked for the owners number so that I could call and explain. I never reached her so I left a voicemail on her personal line and she never returned my call.

I had been doing resurch and looking for a good pair of boots for some time. On a whim I went to the store because it was near my home. Boy was I surprised. It's not much to look at from the out side but with any business it's the people who work there that make the difference. The guy who waited on me has worked there for six years and knows his stuff. My feet were measured and and recommendations were made based on what was important to me! He listened to what I was saying. Don't get that much any more. I am a picky customer and was in the store for more than an hour and a half. They have a good selection and excellent service.
I bought a pair and was totally satisfied with the purchase experience. When I got home I looked up the boots I had purchased on the net to see what they were selling for. To my surprise I paid $17 less than the best price I could find. With out the professional advice I received I would have bought the wrong size.
GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!!!
