We came first thing in the morning without a reservation and were helped right away. The staff were courteous, professional, and made the whole process seamless. The location right by the gondola made picking up and returning skis incredibly easy, and they even stored our personal items for free. Highly recommend for anyone skiing in Zermatt! 🇨🇭

Amazing ski shop right at the entrance of the ski lifts. Alex who helped me with my kit was very helpful . Patiently helped me who being a novice didn’t know much.

Very good advice from Jo ! I bought some second hand professionnal skis and also a Snowboard and he was great with me 👍 He took the time to look for my specific needs and they were met. 10/10 recommend and will come back.

Walked in the morning to enquire about the prices of rental ski equipments. There was a very nice young guy who attended to us the moment we entered his shop. He kindly explained to us and told us that we are able to return to the shop in the afternoon to fit on the equipments (take about 30-45mins) so that we can bring the equipments back with us for ski in the next early morning in interest of time. Things changed when we returned to his shop in the afternoon…the young guy was attending to another group of customers. Thus left the 50yo ish German staff walking around the shop and he didn’t attend to us. We went to him and explained what we were informed previously. He then outright told us rudely that if we want to ski the next morning, come back next morning to try on the fit. Upon further clarification as the young chap was alr helping the other group of customers with the fitting which prolly meant for the next ski day as it was alr close to 4pm at that time, the 50yo staff said that is for locals only. We don’t know if he was racist but definitely see the discrimination here. We don’t see any reason for such difference in treatment. There are similar cases in the reviews below with this 50ish staff. We went to other 2 more ski rental shops. Both charge cheaper and allow us to carry back the equipment with us! And much kinder! How surprising we were. This shop was renowned probably for its location as it was right beside the gondola station. Rent at your risk. This shop quoted us 139chf when we rented the exact same set in another shop for 98chf. 2 stars for the young chap who attended to us with passion and kindness.

Convenient, great value for the money, excellent gear to rent or buy. Ask Kevin for recommendations in Zermatt. He's knows the whole town and is halt to share the local spots and even helped us make a reservation on the store computer!

My friends and I came to Zermatt in hopes of skiing, but we were trying to travel light and avoid bringing our own gear and packing anything too bulky. Coming here and getting what we needed was super easy and reasonably priced! The staff escorted us downstairs where other staff outfitted us with everything we needed to be prepared for the slopes, including the ability to rent items such as snow pants, coats, gloves and goggles! They are located right at the base of the Glacier Matterhorn Express, so you can just hop on once you've got what you need! We were also able to leave things like our other shoes here, which Irecommended, rather than trying to take more with you. We got our boots and ski gear on and boarded the gondola, ready to go.
